Delivery to Spain takes 24 hours.
Delivery to Europe takes between 4 to 5 days.
Delivery to Asia , UAE and USA takes 72 hours ( 3 days).
Please, ware in mind delivery can take slightly longer due to weather conditions or any other circumstances related to flights and courier.
Free shipping is applied to orders above 150€ within Spain and 500€ to the others destinations( Europe, Asia, USA and UAE)

Placing your order through our website is very simple and you do not need to create an account. In the products section you will find everything you are looking for. Acquire any product through the purchase button and they will go directly to the shopping cart. Once you have chosen the products, you must review them in the icon in the form of “Shopping bag” in the upper right corner and you can proceed to payment through the “Payment processing” button.
On the next screen you must enter your billing information -usually it is the address where the bank sends the summaries of the purchases made by card- and select the option of sending the order to the same address or indicate another address if applicable. Next, choose the payment method; by credit card through our website or by bank transfer. On your right you will see the summary of the order. Once you have filled in all the data, clicking on “Finish purchase” instantly process your order.
Subsequently, you will receive an email with the assigned order number and the summary of your purchase in the email you provided in “Billing data”.
You can check the status of your order through the “Tracking” tab where you will access with your order number and the email you have provided us when placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Yes. In order to return a product, it must be intact and with the packaging in perfect condition. Within a maximum period of 15 days since the delivered day you must contact us via email email@example.com explaining the reason for the return. Once we have confirmed that the return can be made, you must send us the shipment whose expenses are at your own expense. Our Quality Department will examine the case individually and we will contact you as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that the product does not offer the level of quality that Jamones Lucas & Co guarantees, you should send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return and we will indicate the steps to follow. Our main target is maximum customer satisfaction, therefore, we will offer a possible solution in the shortest possible time.
You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) through our website. If you choose to pay by card, you will need the following information to process the payment:
- Card holder name.
- Card number.
- Date of Expiry.
- CSC (Security code that appears on the back of the card)
You can make the payment by bank transfer. When processing the order, in “Payment method” select “Payment by bank transfer”. The bank details will be emailed automatically to the email address provided previously. Once the transfer is received, we will send your order within the established period.
